What we collect
Nothing. Should I Buy This? does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data.
Camera
The app asks permission to use your iPhone's camera so you can photograph an item you're considering buying. Photos stay on your device — they are never uploaded. They exist only inside the app's local storage and are deleted when you delete the app.
What stays on your device
All app data — your photos, decisions, verdicts, history, and any Pro entitlement status — is stored locally on your iPhone. None of it leaves the device.
Network requests
Should I Buy This? makes no network requests of its own. The only network activity occurs when Apple's StoreKit handles in-app purchases on Apple's infrastructure, governed by Apple's privacy policy.
No analytics, no ads, no tracking
Should I Buy This? does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Children
This app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy is ever updated, the date at the top of the page will change.
